1. Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all countries

Working days are Monday to Sunday, excluding statutory holidays and holidays

Orders placed 24 hours ago from Monday to Sunday in our regional time will be shipped uniformly three days later (excluding holidays).
Note: If the order requires additional review, the order may take an additional 1 -2 business days to be processed.

Order processing

Orders may take up to 3 business days to process and ship. Orders can take up to 9 to 12 business days to be delivered from the date tracking is created.

All goods are shipped via China Post. Please note that once your order is placed and shipped, you will receive a “Tracking Update” on your PayPal payment page. The tracking number will start with “AM” and end with “CN” with 9 digits in the middle. The tracking information can be viewed on their website or “17 Logistics Network”.

Standard shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. All orders are eligible for free returns (no damage caused).

2. I need to check the status of my order

If your order has been successfully paid, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders may take up to 3 business days to be processed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 9 to 12 business days to receive your order from the date of shipment. You can use tracking numbers in the following ways.

After your order is successfully placed, it will go through the following stages:

Processing phase [up to 3 working days]

Orders shipped to your order location originate from our warehouse in Hong Kong, China.
These orders can take up to 3 business days to process before shipping. This includes packaging inspection, safety testing, visual inspection, mechanical inspection, regular functional inspection, special data and measurement items.
Please note that if your order requires additional review, 1-2 business days may be added to the processing stage.
Forwarding stage [estimated 12 working days]

Once shipped, you will receive tracking numbers and logistics updates for your package.
Ignore the estimated delivery date (it may show the actual date or a “pending” date) until the package reaches the border.
Packages can take up to 7 business days to reach the Canadian border.
Shipping stage [up to 2 working days]

Once your package transits the border, tracking information and estimated delivery date will be updated.
May take up to 2 business days to arrive.

3. When will my order be shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will be able to check the status of your order on our website.

4. I received an error when trying to place an order

First of all, we only support PayPal payment. The bank cards commonly supported by PayPal are international debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay debit cards) and various international credit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express). When using PayPal, users should check the PayPal official website or consult PayPal customer service to learn about the specific bank card support range, and choose the bank card that suits them to associate and use.

Orders must be placed from home country. If you are abroad and want to place an order with a foreign card, you can contact your local bank for consultation and authorization.

We do not ship to hotels or freight forwarders. If you try to place an order and receive an error message at checkout, your order has not been placed. Each order attempt with an error message will result in a credit/debit card authorization.

Authorization is not a withdrawal, but a temporary holding of your funds. If the order is not successfully placed, international debit or credit card pending authorization will usually be issued within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. Note that you don’t need to take any additional action to automatically delete pending authorizations.

Note: 1. We accept credit cards with international BIN, but the order address must be the detailed address of your location, and you live permanently until you receive the goods.
2. We will not ask for your bank card number and other private information for any reason. When filling in the order, please fill in the delivery name, provincial and state address, detailed address, phone number, email address, and zip code number so that you can complete the order. We can tell you some order information.

5.I haven’t received my order yet

Please be sure to check the tracking number. Estimated delivery dates may change as your package ships. Your package may not have been delivered yet. If tracking shows that the package will be returned to PayPal for any reason, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the package.

If the tracking number shows your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it yet, check with people around you to see if they received the package on your behalf, for example:
Neighbors
Roommates
Front office
Mail center
If you order multiple items spaced apart, the items may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive a different tracking number for each package. One package may arrive before another. You can confirm the tracking number through the order status page.

If you have confirmed the above but still cannot find all or part of your order, please contact this store or the International Logistics Center and provide your order confirmation number and tracking number.

6. I need to cancel the order

We offer free refunds. After receiving your order, you may return it for a refund without any reason before it is shipped.

7. How to change the items in the order

8.Why you can only pay with PayPal
