Returns Refunds and Exchanges

1. How do I return the product?
If you meet our return policy, you need to meet the following 3 conditions to return a return:

Enter your order information to track your order. Use your order number, order email address, and billing zip code from your order.

Download your return shipping label.
Print the label, write down the tracking number, and affix it to the package.
Take your package to your local fulfillment center or drop box and track your package to find out when you can expect your refund.

2. Can I return it?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased online, we will accept returns for a refund within 90 days of purchase, proof of purchase or return details page required. All eligible orders are free of charge, but original shipping charges apply Non-refundable.

3. When can I get my refund?
Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed after your package arrives at our returns facility in Hong Kong. It will also take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, this time frame may vary depending on your bank.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. For example, if an order was placed using a gift card, the refund will be made back to the original gift card used in the order.

4. How do I exchange the product?
Within one month after purchasing the watch, if you find any problem with the watch, you can replace it with the purchase order and replacement card.

3. Scope of warranty liability
Warranty liability coverage includes manufacturing defects and non-human damage. Manufacturing defects refer to malfunctions or damage to the watch due to flaws in the manufacturing process, such as movement failure, hands falling off, etc. Non-human damage refers to malfunction or damage caused by the design or material problems of the watch itself when consumers use the watch normally.

4. Exemption from warranty liability
The following situations are generally not covered by the warranty:
1. Failure or damage caused by human beings, such as accidental falling, collision, water intrusion, etc.;
2. Failure or damage caused by improper use, such as long-term exposure to high temperature environment, use of improper cleaning agents, etc.;
3. Damage caused by unauthorized operations when repairing or disassembling the watch.

5. Warranty process
1. When consumers find that a watch is faulty, they can contact the brand’s after-sales service center and provide relevant information such as purchase voucher and warranty card:

3. When purchasing a watch, consumers should keep relevant supporting documents such as the purchase voucher and warranty card as a basis for rights protection.

6. Protect the watch from harmful, corrosive or caustic solutions such as detergents, oils, cosmetics and alcohol.
7. Clean the watch twice a month with a soft-bristled toothbrush and warm water.
In addition to gently wiping the case, clean the surfaces between the links on a leather or rubber watch strap or metal bracelet.
Rinse with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth.
8. If your watch is waterproof, test the pressure of the watch every 1-2 years. This will help prevent leaks and water damage.
9. Do not store watches near speakers, TVs, refrigerators or other electronic devices. The magnetic fields generated by these devices can affect the functionality of your watch.
10. Do not attempt to repair or open the case of the watch yourself, or even replace the battery. To prevent damage, all maintenance should be performed using an authorized service center.
